Noke's gone a little crazy for gaining.
He went to Kramer and asked him for a really big favor. Kramer agreed and Noke told him the favor. Kramer almost choked on his soda in surprise at Noke's request, but Noke's serious look (and his shredded shirt) impressed the actuality of the request.
Kramer knew Noke had come out about his love for being a tubbo, but it was almost too fast of an overnight makeover to be believable to him.
So, employing his dimensional magicks to generate endless food, Kramer is feeding Noke until Noke tell's him when to stop.

Tlaloc was a Mayan and Olmec god, thats 2 very diferent other clans |3... I still do, dont needed to google it over and over, maybe get wrong in part with Tlaloc but was right with was Olmec too because growed up listening those stories.
Also in apocalipto show a pit of boddys with a Waldo on it, so really keep my point of not being acurated, the only place somthing like that pit as being found is with the zapotecs wich is actually the people who lived in the place that supustly the movie says it are, they even used Olmecs temples to represent somthing of they vision of the Mayan culture.
