This Dragon Changes story is about a brother and sister fraternal twins who become much closer with each other then they ever thought.

The idea for this story hit me and I thought it would be so cool to see this type of dragon within the universe. (Hint, this can only happen to twins, triplets, or any sort of multiple human birth.)
