Dagger Hail is just a bit older than Aquaferno. Along with Steel Storm, Aquaferno's father, Dagger Hail assists in weather control activities wherever their particular team may be assigned.
Dagger Hail is cocky and reckless. However, he has a big heart and loves to make the most out of situations. He could become as good a weather controller as Steel Storm, if only he wasn't too busy goofing off.
The scar that Dagger hail has is a reminder of how a moment of recklessness really bit him in the flank. However, despite the scar, he is still as jovial as ever, has respect for Aquaferno, and looks up to Steel Storm.
