I know for a fact I favorite the stronger and average tier Pokemon over the weaker tiers. IT is however That I do take the weaker ones as several weaker Pokemon have a few tools at their disposal that the stronger ones don't have.
My Watchhog may be weak, but he has a move "Baton Pass" That makes him one of the many weaker tiers useful in assisting the defensive ableing to do good damage and defend. Or offensive ones to sweep away.
Raichu may be a NU. But he/she can use thunder wave which cripples the faster pokemon and sometimes screw them over and is just fast enough ans have enough sp Attack to do serious damage to flying and water types.

mmhmm.
You know. IT's always about spaming super effective moves to OHKO or 2HKO. ether that, or using a arsenal of hazards to cripple a team.
I would like to have a battle format where Every single damaging move is normal damage and None of the Super effective, Resistances, and immunities. What it will make will be Trying to hit the Pokemon as hard as one can do, Setting up defenses/offenses, hazards, spin blockers, Etc.
I would like to have a battle that isn't always one hit ko attacks in a nutshell unless one has poor defense vs an attacker with high offenses.

well i tend to be a stall team user or a physical wall-offencive user. its kinda how i am.
if everything just did normal damage. it would be rather boring.
Pokemon has become more like chess when it comes to competitive battle. its all about choosing the best pieces to suit your need.

That's cool. I use two speedy or potent sweepers, a support, 2 defenders and one varied defense/offense. If you can't kill my Greninja in one-hit by being faster or use fakeout to flinch him off. He will set up mat block to ward off all damage for one turn. I use him in double and triple battles as it helped me set up and sweep away.

I Also Wished there was an option where Pokemon Friendship can be applied. Making it where if your Pokemon loves you in a online battle, they will dodge more, crit-more, and even survive a OHKO attack. But it is not there. so it was a meh online battle for me.

I suppose so. the format would be in a special battle format for that one. It would also need the players to love their Pokemon more to have a better chance. I say it wouldn't be dumb but it may not be liked by the many. But yet liked by the many others. But that is just me. It's a 50-50 trade.
Fun fact: I Fought a player who used 4 high legendary Pokemon against me. I didn't have any legendary Pokemon with me. But I won.
He Used White kyurem, Mewtwo Y, Xerneas, Yveltal, Slow and normal Greninja, and Delfox.
I used Gengar, Faster and Protein Greninja, support Gardevoir, Lapras, Nidoqueen, and female Mega Aggron.
I killed 5 of his 6 before he killed my Gengar.

Thanks. Gengar with MAX IV Sp. attack and a quiet nature OHKO'ed The Xerneas with sludge bomb and almost one hit ko greninja with dazzling gleam and doing serious damage to White kyurem.
I don't use dragons. Save from Giratina and Zekrom. As dragon type moves are sorta pointless to use now that fairies are on the battle field. Maybe not. But I degrees.
