Just have been in the mood to draw some kind of crazy "Parasite Eve" ish monster lady. I got this idea that she eats living things, stores the DNA then vomits it up later when she needs some kind of mutant creatures.

Mmmm, I bought the first game partly because of the monster designs, so I love a good Parasite Eve homage. Not only is her design pretty clever, the way her "hair" flows over her monster eye, but the ability you gave her, shows you put a little thought into it.

Maybe with that little difference that Alexia was more based on flowers and insects in her mutated form. As if Mortiphilia flower from Obscure fused with T-virus, making T-Veronica in the end. Could make sense in the end.
