I'm not planning to be mean.
The shape of the head is quite good. It only has some minor flaws like the symmetry of the ears.
My main critique point is the eyes: They should be less circular. Just look at different eye styles and shapes: http://2draw.net/wiki/images/a/aa/Eyes.PNG
Then it needs some more fur at the neck, so you can tuck it into the shirt.
