victoria(pronuonced vic-tor-a) liberta should be latin if i remeber correctly for victorious freedom. anyway this is the badge that all who serve on the u.s.s victoria have on their uniform but it is still in develpoment but this is near final. enjoy everyone.

Like that ship in the center.. put it away. This things should be clear an beautiful. And the lines. They are just too.. no. No no no. The pure gold and the red background will do fine. And the name of course if you want it there.
