I'm telling you guys, you're going on this magical animation journey WITH ME.

So here's just some rough timing -really rough timing- for the first pass in my short that I knocked out today. I just did some straight ahead key framing since I lost my flash with the timing worked out...
I'm colouring the fixed up backgrounds and such as well that will be inserted later.

But right now it seems logical to watch this over and over and make notes and make a proper X sheet from this and fix up the motion later.
