You uploaded something that's not a picture...Try screenshoting the screen showing the image (Ctrl+Prtsc) and pasting it into an art program such as MSPaint or GIMP, then saving it as a picture file, then uploading that as a preview image. Because, at the submission is now, I'm worried you are trying to send a virus to us all by trying to trick us into installing something bad! I may be wrong or not on that last part. But please, make a preview image for this so we all know it's safe...
