I think you need to do some more research on the Israeli issue.

This was a photo taken in 2011 on the border between Israel and Jordan, the Jordan River. The section of land I am taking photos in is a cleared section used for tourists and locals alike for relaxation. Immediately to the left, is this area. The area is riddled with un-detonated mines left from the 6-Day War back in 1967. As you can see, the area closely surrounding the fence has been cleared for safety, however Israel obviously has had more pressing matters to attend to since that time.

I am unsure what exactly you meant by your comment, but I hope the extra information has cleared up what had been of concern.
