The Hanged Man of the Dreamlands is the Plateau of Leng itself, a frigid, barren, inhospitable place inhabited by shantak birds, satyr-like beings, and, the dreaded High Priest in Yellow Silks, who dwells alone in his monestary. The bird-like figure in this one is a shantak, I draw them anthropomorphic for some reason- HPL never says that they *aren't*, so I figure, why not?
