The Wheel of Fortune is the tunnels within and beneath Mount Ngranek, which are filled with all sorts of strange dark-dwelling horrors, from ghouls to dholes, as well as passages to different layers of the Dreamlands. The Dreamer, abandoned by the nightgaunt who caught him on the surface, is unable to know which fate will befall him.
