Huh...to be honest, though I have SSBB for the Wii, I never really noticed that yet for the Jigglypuff in Brawl. I do remember now that Jigglypuff did have the bandanna in Melee...it looked cool and fitting with the bandanna on actually.
Well, who knows? The bandanna might make a comeback for Jigglypuff in the upcoming Smash Bros. games for WiiU and 3DS...here's hoping. :)
