Mae Koh loved walking the California beach at night, always stargazing the night sky and using it as a place to study the stars for her Astronomy classes in college.

One night while walking the beach she found a shark tooth stuck in the sand. This tooth belonged to a tiger shark, something that wasn't rare to California's southern beaches. Upon touching it, she began to change! After a few minutes she had completely transformed into a anthro tiger shark!

She was shocked a first, a little afraid and confused, but the cool ocean water washing over her feet was just too inviting and she quickly forgot about her worries and went for a late night swim and soon fell in love with her new body.

Since then, she had the shark tooth turned into a necklace she wears around her neck. While her appearance is frightening to some, and the new ravenous appetite for seafood, she remains a kind person who still likes to help others.

She continues her nightly walks to study the stars, but she often makes them into nightly swims now, taking in both the ocean and the stars above.
