pretty much how a flermit looks without it's shell , yep all dat flesh then the shell hook it's retractable and prehensile ( gais keep your shells on D: )

this is arlen by the way he is a hardass and extremely homophobic (for now)
he doesnt wear a shell cause he believes he doesnt need one , those that have shells usually feel weak or shy or just have it to hide their back flesh but arlen nupe he doesnt have a shell and he doesnt care he wears business suits/clothes he's a tough guy he will throw down if you tick him off , but he's still a corporate shark
he keeps his tail very short and usually has his hair more organized and combed but i wanted to make it messy
the only time he curls his ears is when sleeping or at work but most the time he has them stretched out
doesnt like fun :<

if he ever decided to wear a shell it would just be a shell covered in spikes and colored black
