This is odd... I've seen people use filters in PHotoshop to mimic pixelisation and stuff. SO this is why I decided to make an image of my character Raphael in the style of this old thing:

Except the 2 sides would have different filters used on them..... then however I noticed that one looks bad.... so I removed it. So there's the original image on the right, and the pixelized version on the left... although the pixel effect looked poor so I brought the opacity down. It looked so bad that I considered dropping the whole theme of reflection, but the image looks off as a stand alone front image, so I kept the pixels. I also kept the blue line and added blue "wiggly squads" or whatever yoou'd call them on the front.

PHEW, been ages since I finished a picture in a day, and I was sick, so.... I'm kind of proud of this, even if it does suck. Guys, feel free to give me criticism for this one! I want some tips!
