Cream cheese spinach dip, perfect for warming up your cold bones this winter! :)
This variant is made without artichokes to keep it creamy and smoother than if they were added. :3
~~~~~~
Recipe:
~~~~~~
x2 - 250g bars of cream cheese
75g - baby spinach leaves
40ml - table cream, 35%
25g grated cheddar cheese
Pinch of montreal steak spice and salt
x4 - Naan bread slices, cut into triangles for dipping
~~~~~~
Pre-heat oven to 435F.
Microwave cream cheese for 45s to 1m30s to soften, and then place in pot on stove at medium-low to medium heat. Add cream slowly and heat until liquid. Add more or less cream to change viscosity of dip. Chop spinach leaves finely and stir into the melted dip. Pour spinach dip into an oven safe dish and sprinkle top with grated cheddar.
Place triangle cut naan bread onto oven pan, alongside your melted spinach dip in an oven safe dish. Bake your naan triangles in the oven for 3 minutes then flip, repeat for other side. Cook a minute or two longer each for crispier triangle dippers.
that's it, and you now have a tasty dish for you and your friends, for a party, or a yummy appetizer! Just don't have it all the time! ;)
