A glorious golden pretty pecan pie from the kitchens of

Pie Dough Recipe
Ingredients
1-1/2 Cups all-purpose flour.
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
8 tablespoons of cold unsalted butter (1 stick), cut into small pieces, (this part is very important the colder the better the better your pie dough I recommend that you cut your butter first and then put in your refrigerator until you ready for it.)
4 to 5 tablespoons ice water, (also recommend keeping your water in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it)
Instructions
1. Combine all of your dry ingredients, flour, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl ( if using a stainless steel or glass bowl I also recommend that you put it in the refrigerator so it can get very cold) and stir briefly, just enough combining the ingredients, using your finger cut the butter into the dry ingredients until it is in pea-size pieces and are slightly yellow in color, this takes about 4 to 5 min.
2. Drizzle in 4 tablespoons of the ice water and mix just until the dough comes together (add the last tablespoon of water if necessary) do not overwork your dough (or it will become tough).
3. Shape the dough into a flat disk, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour, then you can shape it into your pie pan, (for easy removal of pie when it is cut I recommend that you first coat your pan with vegetable shortening and then coat it with some all-purpose flour, just enough to dust the sides and bottom)
Pecan Pie Filling
Ingredients
1. 3 large egg, beaten
1 cup of light corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of dark brown sugar, Firmly packed
.2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 cups of pecan halves
Preparation
with a stand mixer or hand mixer on low speed combining the beaten eggs, corn syrup, salt, vanilla, brown sugar and melted butter, blend until blended well. Then by hand and a rubber spatula slowly add the pecans, and stir until blended.
Pour into your unbaked pie shell preheat your oven to 400° and cook your I for 20 min. then reduce the heat to 350° and bake for 25 to 30 min. or until the center becomes firm (use tinfoil to cover your crust so it does not brown too much), remove your pie from the oven then let it cool before cutting.
This is a very good pecan pie recipe, please let me know turned you came out also you can buy a ready-made pie crust at any local grocery store if you do not want to make the pie crust.
