I think it would be good PR for both of us... I can see a simple couple page short story being highly sought after by sergal/Dr. Seuss lovers alike...

With that said... I couldn't do a paid collab... I just don't have the finances for something like that yet... and my art style isn't like Dr. Seuss'... but I could write out a short story in the style of Dr. Seuss... Just need a story board idea.

I don't have much writing experience but i'll gladly illustrate, I guess i'll do a couple of quick doodles and see if any make a good basis, and refine it later. sound good?

also I can draw them on livestream if you want, it might make it easier to bounce ideas around.

And some people do charge for collab works... (discounting from their usual prices, of which I have done before) But if you wanna do it, I would love to see what we can come up with! ^,...^

Sounds great... but I would almost suggest that we at least try to think of a theme for the overall story board... that way I can do what I do... I mean... the story is really all I can really tribute to this

unless you know what you want the story to be about, I don't really have any ideas.

I has to be cute, with some sort of underlying moral... and appropriate for all ages... also pointed towards something specific about sergals...

How about the moral to be learned is always embrace your inner difference... maybe the main character is a strange sergal... maybe he/she is weird in some way from normal sergals...

how would the lesson become tangible? maybe from finding a use for the difference, or another character who appreciates it? a deeper level of self-appreciation?

also, should the difference be from all sergals or from a set population within the story?

Well... the difference could be the "Rudolph Red Nose Reindeer" concept that allows the difference to be a day saving attribute...

Or maybe the difference is a physical one? The Reasoning for the Grinch hating everyone was originally that the right side of his body was white while the left was black... the people of the city had bodies that were opposite, and thus he was outcast...

Hell, maybe he finds another group of sergals of a difference as well.

I just thought of something else worth considering, would any exclusion be externally enforced (like rudolf) or more self imposed (like the ugly duckling)?

It could be both... maybe, like Rudolph, it's a feature that is sometimes unnoticed... maybe he feels outcast personally by it and others at his school reinforce that by being mean and making fun of him... but maybe other exist with that attribute... like... a girl in his class?

or maybe she's got more confidence for him to learn from?

possibly... I think we need to figure out what this "abnormality" would be...

I don't know much about sergals, so I don't even know what 'normal' would be for them, I don't know if it would detract from the theme too much to use something that's not specific to sergals.

Well... why not something magical? Something that would be abnormal for you to see someone with... but also something that would seem to be useless... so nothing like a super power or anything
