Yep it's version2 with the XE12 firmware. I'm really liking it, i'm still figuring out it's limitations and I doubt i'll really get a good feel for it until i've had time to wear it out and about properly next week :D

Hopefully they make a version for people with vision imparments (attachment for regularglasses, or custom Google Glass(es) )

I hear they have perscription lens frames in the works. though looking at how the sunglass attachment fits, I'm pretty sure I could could knock together something similar in a lense lab in about half an hour with some parts from an old rim-less frame; you'd need some high-index plastic for hte lenses if you've got a high persection.
maybe a full hour,. it's been awhile since I worked a lens grinder.

hm, if I can get my hands on the device, i might ask for assistance on that :3

although the best outcome is the optometrist has the option to apply Google Glass with my next pair of glasses for an extra cost XD
