*click Full View for animation*

So, I'm trying to do an animated "dancy" icon for myself. I've got the resolution fine, but I've got more detail than fa will alow, and I haven't even inked or colored yet.

Anyone that does animation, I would love some suggestions or ideas on how to better compress the file size. *I'm already at 73.8kb with just the roughs*

So I got ink and color done, and it's currently at 64kb. I've tinkered with photoshop cs2 trying to find some way of making it smaller but so far no dice.

Got it! Just under 50kb. Whooo!!!
