Kaf's ancestor in this alternate timeline was not only able to keep the family line's royal status but become Lansealia's royal family. (I reallu should write/explain my weirdo universe) Hence Kaf is now Royalty. However, perhaps due to being the youngest son out of seven or some other eccentricities Kafzeil demanded being called and treated like a princess.
Thus Kafzeil's parents and courts honoured his desires, and Kaf became a spoilt, drunken, fat princess. While he's still Kaf, and tad snarky and saracstic/sassy (Silightly more sassy now) he can be nice if you get know him and can be very sweet and generous, though is a tad used to having all his demands met, and is thusly spoiled. A passive, exorant lifestyle has led to Kafzeil's weight and figure ballooing to massive size...not that he cares one bit, it seems.
