This is another original character of mine made for K-9 Agency. I only have a few expressions for now. His personality would be like a mixture of Michelangelo from TMNT, Ron Stoppable of Disney's Kim Possible and Broadway of Disney's Gargoyles. In fact, the voice that always came to mind was Broadway(Bill Fagerbakke) for this character.
