So the head is almost done.......
I am going to use plastic eyes, instead of my usual mesh.... and it's my first time "furring" with PVC..... so don't criticize me!

so.... one of the things you can do to make the PVC less wrinkled is to line it with "headliner foam." this is sold in jo-nns for like12-15 dollars yard. basically its a thin foam wiht a layer of fabric on one side. you can cut out your PVC pattern pieces out of the headliner foam, then spray super 77 on the back of the foam, and gule it to the pvc. cut out the foam and pvc pieces with a little seam allowance to sew it up, then sew it together just like you would sew your pattern normally. you end up with pieces of PVC that wont stretch as much, but are smooth on the outside. this is how we make our paws at http://www.furaffinity.net/user/cra.....coyocostumes/. I should tyr to get some tutorial pics or a video of the process or something, since it sounds really confusing, but its REALLY REALLY easy.
