Drawn by me. The three figures were drawn and inked by traditional means, and then scanned in for coloring and to add the background. Normally the characters would have 4 fingers and a thumb, not three, but I was trying to match someone else's style with this pic.

Left to right: Hans von Bernerholdt (11), his little sister Heidi von Bernerholdt (8), and their half-sister Marie LeChow (10). Hans and Heidi are purebred Bernese Mountain Dogs, Marie's mom was a Chow Chow dog. All are my own original characters.
