This is a pasta to please with all that yummy cheese and bacon sauce from the kitchens of
libragon
Alright, that's a simple recipe for a delicious dish!
What I used:
Pasta
5 stripes of bacon
200gr. grated cheese (I used Edam)
200gr. heavy cream
A little bit of butter for the pan
Garlic powder (optional)
Please DO mind that you can alter the quantities and some of the ingredients to any way you please! I just write down what I, personally, used.
What I did:
First of all, I boiled the pasta. Then, in a frying pan, I fried the sliced bacon (without coating the pan with oil, as bacon's fat will melt). After it got crispy, I poured the heavy cream in the pan. I sprinkled the garlic powder (you use as much as you want. I wanted my sauce to have a strong scent and flavour of garlic, so I used a lot) and melted 1/4 of the cheese in it. I let it simmer for a while, before putting the pasta in the frying pan and mixing, so all of my pasta is coated with the sauce. I buttered my ceramic baking pan and emptied my pasta in. I covered it with the rest of cheese and put it in the oven in 180oC for enough time for the cheese to melt and make a nice crust. Serve HOT!!!!!
