What a wonderful Chicken pasta dish from the kitchens of
ramualuveaux
1 LB Chicken (sliced)
4 Roma Tomatoes (cubed)
2 Tb bacon bits
1 large handful Fresh Spinach Leaves (chopped about 1'1 inch pieces)
1/4 c Butter
2 Tb copped garlic in water
1/2 c Red Wine
1 box Fettuccine
Cook chicken in 1/8 cup butter w/ 1 Tb garlic and salt n pepper to taste.
after chicken cooks and goldens up, remove the chicken (keep juices and toasty pieces in the pan)
add tomatoes 1 Tb of garlic and bacon bits. (cook until tomatoes start to get soft)
add spinach and 1/2 cup of wine cook until spinach begins to welt.
add chicken and mix then take off heat
Heat up 1/8 cup butter add some shaker parm cheese
toss fettuccine in butter & cheese mix before serving
