Interesting, it's non-raw. I don't like faux crab myself. I love sea urchin and BBQ eel sushi, myself. I used to work for a Sushi Bar + Korean BBQ, the sushi chef taught me how to make sushi and prep it, and so on, but I wasn't allowed to make any on my own to sell. :P Said I needed years more experience.

Bah, premature post. I wanted to type: My boss once ordered Volcano rolls from another sushi restaurant and took it apart, told the chef about the ingredients, and we made out own XD

I Grab a Full plait of That every time i got anywhere that has it lol.. But only if it is Fresh and Cold and was Covered.. Can make you very sick if not done Correctly.. But its very good when it is :)
