This is my first dealing with hinging a jaw. I tried several different ways and each one for some reasons I had issues with. Including one that about made me loose an ear. So after adding more grays to my poor hair. I went dumb and basic on the jaw hinge.

The next step is exactly what to spring load the mouth with. I had tried elastic and it didn't seem to have that snap back or touchiness that I really wanted. After a bit of time in Home Depot, I found really small springs. Which have worked wonderfully. It will get wrapped in some thin black cloth to hide it later on.
