Rights: Once she is sold, the rights to the character are yours. I retain the right to the art. You may change anything about the character; colors, gender, species, ANYTHING, but you may only make additions to this reference sheet, not edits. You must link back to me if you repost, and you may not edit my signature at the bottom - other than that, have fun with it.

Once purchased I can change the name and add any relevant text.

Winner will receive a high-res copy of the unwatermarked ref sheet. They may resell the character for no more than what they paid. If you sell/trade, let me know so I can change the ownership mark on the submission, please. :)

Bidding: Anyone can bid as many times as they'd like. Bids are $1+ only, no change. Any bids placed after 10:58 will be lengthened by five minutes, and each bid thereafter; if the bid remains unresponded to for over 5 minutes it will be considered the winning bid. Sniper, no sniping! :)
