More classic anime something from me this time. Seen multiple people upload baby and chibi Mewtwo/Mewthree work lately, and had this gesture sketched sometime in November but other projects take priority over other images. It happens. In any case this is Mewtwo with the baby versions of my two Mewthree twins, the little baby girl Demisewan and the little baby boy Harddense, cuddling up into their daddy's shoulders.
One of the things that I lament about, and honestly find bothersome is my Mewthrees are all functioning adults at basically the depicted age here; a cluster of 1 year old, fully grown adults. They didn't have childhoods, and the whole idea of the bottle and the diaper stage was extremely short and basically non-existent. Sort of long for the idea that they had parents who could raise them and nurture them and help them develop into individuals that are just as sweet and precious as in the image here, but it never happened and never worked out that way. Don't think Mewtwo would be able to handle the idea of parenthood even if he had a little cluster of baby Mewthrees of his own to look after. A fleeting idea in the end.
Quick everything with the exception of actually sketching this since I struggled horribly with baby things and trying to get the pair to fit onto his shoulders in what would be depicted as a natural hold. With the simple lines and simple framing of the image, basic anime shadows seemed suitable, so stuck with it in the end.
