It's funny because I collected a lot of art made by you when I was in high school, meaning you were one of the artists who got me into Furry, back wehn I had to be careful who I revealed it to.

Yes, and I still have a collection of Furry art from 2005, in a folder at my parents' house. Back then, my fursona was a red fox.

Also this made me think or neanderthal fox - modern fox evolution sequence :D (I am subtly throwing you an idea, because I can't draw hehe)

Which is of course dumb from me, since Neanderthal and modern man have a common ancestor, rahter than being on the same evolution scale.

Yes, the early 2010s shirts were red instead of blue. I fancied a quick change and it seemed like a good idea at the time! XD But blue contrasts with my fur better :)

What is it about 2004 and people starting out in the "furry fandom"? That's the same year I started in too... as well as started drawing more actively in the first place.

Kind of hard to believe how long ago that was... started by reading Final Sunrise, Stolen Generation and Freefall. ^^;

Hmm... perhaps I ought to do one of these at some point, though I'm not sure I even have the stuff from 2004 saved anywhere in particular, that was a year before I posted anything anywhere...

2003 was when I first started drawing furry things, but didn't get into it til 2004. As for the clothing thing, well, more foxy and free you see ^^. But I'm not gonna let myself go around without style!

I was probably a furry LONG before I ever truly realized it. I started anthropomorphizing things at an extremely young age. In particular when I was little I was all about living machines. Thomas the Tank Engine and the Brave Little Toaster were what I was all about. It...probably wasn't a huge stretch for me to become a furry now, was it?

You really have gotten better with time, my friend-I can only imagine how much better you'll be in another 10 years! I can attest to that myself...I've been writing since I was a whopping FIVE years old. But I don't think I'd want to post up anything I wrote when I was five. You can't expect anything APPROACHING good quality writing coming from the mind of a kindergartner, can you?
