A lightweight dragon fighting into the Revolutionary Insurgent Army of Ukraina, an Anarchist army that fought during the Russian Civil War, at first sided with the Bolshevik forces against the White counter-revolutionary forces but then also against the Lenin's forces too.

Taking details from the Naomi Novik books, it's known as the living conditions of dragons in Russia during the Napoleonic Wars was probably the worst of the world, considering the style of the Czarist rule for all the '800, Aviator forces (and their dragons) are probably going to follow the hopes of the October Revolution and fights against the old rule (we've seen clearly how the Air Corps are often formed by non-aristocrats members).

Here we've a dragon whos captain joined to the Makhno 's insurgent army: aircraft and heavy machine guns may have already forced dragons to pay an high tribute of blood, with with a bit of intelligence, dragons can still be a formidable force expecially considering the low number of aircrafts involved in fightings into the vast russian lands during the Civil War.

A Maxim machine-gun has been mounted on a wooden housing, adapting the "Tachanka" style already used for horse-drawn wagons.
This dragon has just landed to allow re-supply of the machine-gune and soon will go return to strafe from air the the thick formations of the White chavalry.
