I found that while I based this illustration off of other diagrams, it's not particularly concise nor accurate. I guess it's good enough for a simplified guide.
A bird wing I illustrated during my internship at the Omaha Zoo. It was for a poster that they were going to use in their educational program. The poster was labeled, but I didn't do that for this, so I'll label it here in the comments:
Yellow: Alula
Red: Primary coverts
Orange: Primaries
Green: Marginal coverts
Purple: Secondary coverts
Blue: Secondaries
Brown: Scapulars
*Note* These sets of feathers may also be known by other names, but the ones above were used on the poster.
