Hearth Fire, while patrolling the woods, finds a weird glob of goo.
It turned out to be a pile of latex who's goal is to take over and co-inhabit with whatever it covers.
Encased in latex, he still patrols the woods as a reminder of his past life. Unable to speak at all, see well, or hear well, other ponies say he wanders around, looking for others to encase, appearing just beyond the light of a dim fire to watch those in his woods...

But i think i already have seen that episode, isn't it that one where the cmc wake up all the ponies in Ponville so the unicorns can cast freeze spells on the thing and after they are done the guard lieutenant says "I think you should send us the biggest pegasus chariot you have, and take this thing to the frozen north or somewhere and drop it where it will never thaw." ?
