Now here's a nice noodle dish from the kitchens of
anakar
Made this tonight and have been playing around with some home-style noodles I picked up from my local Asian market. It was very tasty and easy to make.
here is what you need:
1 large chicken breast
1 bag Birdseye Asian Medley vegetables
1/4 c Soy sauce
4-8 Tbsp. Olive Oil (depends on size of pan)
8 oz. uncooked Home-style Asian Noodles
Begin by cutting chicken into 1in pieces and placing into bowl and covering with soy sauce and tossing until coated.
Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil while chicken marinates in soy sauce. Add noodles to boiling water and heat large frying pan or wok to med-hi and add oil to coat (usually 2-4 tbsp. of olive oil).
Once noodles are cooked drain and rinse to prevent sticking leave in strainer or move to bowl.
Once oil is hot add chicken and cook till no longer pink inside then add vegetables and cover stirring occasionally until vegetables are either cooked through or steamed from the drippings in the pan from the chicken and soy sauce.
Once vegetables are cooked add noodles and about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to prevent sticking and burning.
Toss together stirring constantly until heated through and well mixed.
Enjoy!
