Considers himself to be the king of the psydream world even though the place is a anarchy. He hated the near equality between creator and creation in the early days and used Nexus's rampaging as an excuse to destroy and reshape the universe into the mortal world, technically making him the true "god". Nowadays he spends most of his time keeping the "inferior beings" from breaking their dimension. Hates Earthlings, Phineas and people he considers stupid in general(almost everyone). Although his real name is Zeneth, when mortals started showing up in the psydream they kept comparing him to computer chips and the name stuck.
