While hir birth parents are dead from the attack in which Firestorm was 'born', shi still had grandparents on hir sire's side. As Neal had asked Tess to send them some of 'Stormy being Stormy' I thought this would be one of those snapshots (including that shi's being watched over better than it might first appear! )
