Hehehehe Boogaloo is Tommy's Ursaring, and I really had no clue how to draw Ursaring, so I made him look more Charmin-y soft and less "RAAR GONNA KEEL YAAA" like normal Ursarings do. He looks kinda like he either doesn't care about things or he just woke up or something. Cute, nonetheless, and actually probably my favorite of the drawings I did of Tommy's Pokemon.
