Awww Waltz, you look so cute! I simply had to draw -- or try to draw -- Waltz, although Typhlosions look a lot crankier than I pictured Waltz looking, so I softened him up a bit. Arms are a little wonky and the feet seem slightly off, but maybe when I retouch it it'll magically be fixed.
