Talking about the pain in the back, in the head (if it is upside down) and in the neck...
Always wake up in different position... and different places of the bed... or partially (or even fully) out of the bed.
this is exactly like me. XD

Is not easy... even harder for those that walk while sleep as one might not know where is going to end (personal experience)
All i can do is give a hug
(and probably some painkillers might help too)
