My immediate thought seeing this is that it's the first frame of some little image series that would be posted on the Nuzzle account-- Mr Brown Dog here is the lucky 1,000,000th customer-- whose big softy™ turns him into an actual Big Softy Vanilla Bear™, complete with "pistachio short-shorts, and swirl".
