HuskArchon was having a rough day yesterday so I sketched this up for him as a pick-me-up.

He wanted to see Splash Woman from the Megaman/Rockman series and suggested I try something "inviting" so here we have her~ :D

..I like to imagine Megaman-type girls are mecha-organic hybrids: Part machine, part organic~ :3 My thought was kinda that Splash Woman can "come out of" her mermaid tail to an extent, enough to take care of any business (sexual or digestive) by pulling out far enough to do what she needs to.

This is sort of what I call "sketch colors": A technique I came up with recently where I sketch the pic and then lay out basic colors using the Marker tool. Suuuper rough, but gives some depth beyond just a regular sketch, no? ^^
