I agree with Oogzie above. Everything about this came out great! You know I'm an well-drawn-anatomy-phile... I'm blissing out on Lupe's in that leap pose, especially in the shoulders. I can't stop looking at the left one XD Plus the shading on her armband and bracelets? They are made of awesome. Though I'm surprised..she's actually catching you unawares? She's found a way to subvert your Lupe-senses..

You're probably already aware of the concept. That when parts of a drawing look a certain way, such as with optical illusions (just as an example), the brain reacts a certain way. In the case of optical illusions, the brain essentially goes into a tongue-twister sate trying to process the illusion correctly. In the case of anatomy, such as here. When things look right, the brain will fill in things that aren't actually there. It's the brain's way of saying "This looks this way, that looks that way, this ain't there, but it's there anyways because everything else is." ..if that makes any sense, it's 3am and I've been up for 24 hours XP In any case, you hit that perfect series of switches, in my brain at the very least.

And I really dig the shading, it's a very cool technique. It almost looks like you figured out a way to airbrush with graphite.
