Tasty poultry treat from the kitchens of  marjorywarrenne

ok so I found at Wal-Mart they have these little one pound garnish hens for a 1.50 before tax I was like why not!

so here's what I did.

thaw them out
wash off any blood and pat dry
Stuff inside with the fallowing
One stick of Cinnamon dried
3 bay leaves dry (mine were kind of small so i used 3 if you have big ones use 2)
half a table spoon of dried thyme
one sprig of fresh rosemary leaves striped from the stem if you don't have fresh dried works too

now I used tooth picks to close the opening but if you can do it better go ahead XD

I used a home made dry bbq rub for the top (family secrete sorry!)

I grilled these for a hour and 30 mins I dumped a can of corn and a can of pinto beans into a pan and just warmed them up. I lined the bottom of the serving tray with the veggies and then placed the two hens on top and carefully piled the rest of the veggies around brush with honey bbq sauce and Serve!
