It's in one of the earliest routes, I can't remember which number it is, but it's the one that leads to the Pokemon league. If you stand in front of the first gym and continue walking right, there's a path there that becomes that route. :)

I do, as he comes in handy at times. Now sadly I did not go very far after that point, so I can't say I use him a lot.

At first I thought it was an interesting pair, then I thought it had some merit as you were playing X/Y. Turns out I was right, and the all look really nice together in a group ^^

Babehs! <3 fennekin is so cute hnngh! And so fluffy! The depth in their eyes is beautiful too! I used to do something similar to this, actually! Maybe I should try my hand at it again :)
