a little big of critique here, if I may, but you should work a little on the order of the panels and the text, theres no flow to it (which you seem to be aware of since you use arrows to guide our view) and it makes a little confusing (specifically the top panel, it looks like the dialogue is backwards if you read left to right, and since its in english thats how I assume its meant to be read)

its alright if your new to doing comics but I just thought I'd offer a little help on improving the layout of it. I hope I didnt offend you ^^
