This.... This is the amazing design work of pencil surgeon
Bethe's been a neko bat/cat since I conceived her back in '04-'05. She never actually had her face completed properly.
I gave an old ref to Vex during her NYE Challenge, and this is what resulted.
I'm stupidly giddy about the whole thing~
I cant wait to apply this... <3

RIGHT wing has a jagged cross-shaped tear in it
LEFT wing is rotted and randomly shows bone.
Both wings are tattered along the edges
o Her piercings are critical; if it can be pierced, it probably is. When in doubt, add the jewelry.:: Wings, Ears, Nips, Hips, Nape of Neck, Lip, Monroe, Eyebrow, Tongue, Base of Tail
o Long feline tail reflects appropriate personality
When bright, its fluffy and adorned with roses/brambles/thorns
When dark, its smooth and adorned with chains/buckled cuffs
When Feral or experiencing sudden intense emotion shows them blending
• Wardrobe:
o Cyber Goth/Raver (Black material + metal and/or neon accents)

Believe me Rex, she's one of my favorite concepts-- unfortunately she's high detail and many artists I would commission for her either refuse her due to extent of detail, lack of ref sheet, or the sheer fact that she has 2 forms which causes complications due to excessive amounts of details on them...
I'm always looking for someone to help compile the three images of her into a single visual "ref" page.... If you know anyone talented and priced fairly who is patient and capable off compiling bust to body clearly, please have them note me or please note me their link.<3
