Scooby looks a lot more menacing in that picture than I remember. I think it's the ears, they look sharper than usual.
Don't get me wrong, though. I love the effect it has on him. If I were a man in a monster mask, I'd think twice before jumping around a corner to scare him.

It is an alternate Scooby and his design is changed a bit. This Scooby can speak perfect English and is much braver. He has much bigger ears, the original picture is in my gallery.
