The other night, I sketched a generic dragon in flight and followed that up with a generic gryphon. The dragon flight sketch was rather eh but I liked the gryphon one well enough to develop it into this sketch for a bit of variety. I added the mane because I thought it would be fun to include that aspect of the gryphon's lion half.
